The SatKing SK-3200 is digital satellite Finder specially designed for VAST satellite TV. Being MPEG 4 the unit has been pre-programmed with the VAST paraFinders pre-set making the Finder very easy to use. If the other Finders you find just say digital they are not MPEG4 so they will not last. Simply plug the unit in to the dish and use the signal level bars to align you dish and once the level bars go green and the signal beeper is sounding the dish is aligned correctly and you are on the correct satellite. Then plug the antenna cable into your vast receiver or Foxtel STB and it will scan the channels in for you. The unit has a built in high power battery so the unit does not need to be connected to the VAST receiver to be used. Unlike many other lower priced Finders on the market this Finder you can actually receive VAST transponders. Many other mid lower cost Finders you are actually just receive the signal from the MPEG2 format and this could end anytime rendering your Finder useless. Special Note: All VAST services are MPEG4, there are no VAST MPEG2 services. If you have Foxtel and think this Finder sounds perfect for you well it is, you can simply align your dish on the VAST settings or simply select TP 3 in the sat setting menu and the unit will receive the actual Foxtel signal.

Shipping
Turnaround
Most items are kept in stock in at all times. Orders placed before 12-midday on business days are usually shipped the same day. All other orders will be shipped on the next business day after the order is placed.
All shipments will have an authority to leave in a dry and safe place.
Carriers
The carriers we use to deliver our orders include Australia Post and TNT/FedEx. For larger items, such as our Mobile VAST TV Kits, we use TNT/FedEx as well as other Couriers, which means that we are unable to send to an Australia Post post office.
Order Tracking
Almost all of our carriers provide tracking numbers. If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders may not have tracking numbers depending upon the method used.
Shipping Rates
We offer nation-wide shipping on all of our products. Shipping will be calculated at the checkout and the size and weight of you order will be used to calculate the actual shipping price. At the checkout you will have the opportunity to cancel your order if you are not happy with the quoted shipping price. We retain the right to cancel any orders where the actual cost of shipping substantially exceeds our allocated rate.
Returns
We rarely experience faults with our products. If you think your product is faulty we will remedy the problem.
If you need to return an item to us please ensure you follow these steps:
- Call us on 0468 444 112 or email us on admin@travelsat.com.au with an explanation of the problem.
- If we cannot resolve the problem we will issue you with a Return Authority (RA) Number to track your return.
- You will need to organise the return shipping and pay the shipping costs. We recommend that you use a method where the item can be tracked and we recommend you insure the item to protect your interests.
- If we examine the item and it is confirmed to have a problem we will refund your return shipping costs so please keep your receipts.
- If not fault is found with the item we will contact you to arrange for the item to be returned to you. Under these circumstances you will be responsible for all shipping costs.
- If the item is found to have a fault we will discuss with you your rights to a repair, replacement or refund in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
