What payment methods do you offer?
We accept all Credit Cards & PayPal for online payments. If you come to our workshop you are welcome to pay us with Cash or EFTPOS. If you have any questions please feel free to call us on 0468 444 112
How much does shipping cost?
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
Do you offer express shipping?
We currently do not offer express shipping options. All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm. If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
I have a question about a product.

Do you offer a pick-up option?
YES. We are located a few minutes drive from the Toowoomba CBD. You can find us at 4 Burke St, Rangeville, QLD, 4350. We appreciate a phone call before you come to see us, to make sure that there is a technician in the office to help and that the items that you are inquiring about are in the office.
Do you offer an installation service for roof mounted satellite systems?
Our head office and technicians are located in Toowoomba (Queensland). If you are able to bring your caravan or motorhome to us we can provide an installation service. Please call us for a quote on this service.
I am having trouble aligning my satellite dish. Can you help?
We provide full support for all products you purchase from us. Our business hours are 9am-5pm Monday to Friday and during these times there is always a technician available for phone support. If you have any questions please feel free to call us on 0468 444 112. On Saturday and Sunday there will also be someone on the phones able to take your calls and help you the best they can.
I think my product has a fault. What do I do?
We want to make your life as easy and stress free as possible. You can call us between 9am-5pm Monday to Friday for help. We also encourage you to read the information on our Shipping & Returns page.
I have found a product you sell cheaper at another online store. Do you price match?
We always welcome sales inquiries however we like to remind our customers that they are not just purchasing a product from us. Our value add to our customers is the full support we provide on the products we sell. You may save a few dollars on a product at another retailer but the trade-off is the level of support you will receive.
