For those of you spending a lot of time on the road, who like to catch up with the odd show now and then, especially when the dark nights come early, it's nice to have access to TV just for an hour or two.

WHAT'S IN THIS KIT?
The TravelSat-V2 Portable PayTV Satellite Kit is a complete system that, when connected to your PayTV decoder such as Foxtel or Austar, will enable you to access all of the channels you subscribe to at home, while on the road. It's that simple.
Providing your pay TV service is via satellite at home then it'll work perfectly virtually everywhere in Australia (will not work with cable decoders).
THE NEW IMPROVED DESIGN
Our new TravelSat-V2 dish is now offered with this system. Featuring rolled edge reflector of dimensions 75cm x 83cm, it'll work everywhere in Australia.
It packs down easily to a flat pack and folds neatly away into its included padded carry bag.
Folding LNB arm on the front makes setup time very quick.
As you travel East or West, North or South, you'll need to adjust the elevation of the dish and we can supply a comprehensive manual that provides this information. Adjusting the elevation of the TravelSat-V2 dish is easy.

WHAT IS INCLUDED?
TWIN OUTPUT LNB
The included LNB (amplifier on the front of the dish) is compatible with Austar and Foxtel and has a twin cable wired from the dish. This is suitable for all standard pay TV boxes, MyStar and Foxtel IQ.
SATELLITE METER - SF3235 Analogue Satellite Meter
You'll need to align your satellite dish to the satellite and to do this we include a needle and tone satellite finder as standard.
This is a basic meter as sold by most other satellite companies and does require a little patience and understanding to get the dish aligned correctly. The meter is connected inline and gets its power from the connected coaxial cable coming from the van.
A sensitivity dial is adjusted on the side of the finder and the dish is rotated until a signal is found. This is indicated by a rise of the needle on the display. If the needle goes off the scale, it can be adjusted lower and the dish fine tuned for maximum signal. If no signal is being received by the decoder inside the van, then you may be on the wrong satellite. Repeat the above until the next satellite is found.

- twin internal 1m cable from the inside wall to the decoder.

Shipping
Turnaround
Most items are kept in stock in at all times. Orders placed before 12-midday on business days are usually shipped the same day. All other orders will be shipped on the next business day after the order is placed.
All shipments will have an authority to leave in a dry and safe place.
Carriers
The carriers we use to deliver our orders include Australia Post and TNT/FedEx. For larger items, such as our Mobile VAST TV Kits, we use TNT/FedEx as well as other Couriers, which means that we are unable to send to an Australia Post post office.
Order Tracking
Almost all of our carriers provide tracking numbers. If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders may not have tracking numbers depending upon the method used.
Shipping Rates
We offer nation-wide shipping on all of our products. Shipping will be calculated at the checkout and the size and weight of you order will be used to calculate the actual shipping price. At the checkout you will have the opportunity to cancel your order if you are not happy with the quoted shipping price. We retain the right to cancel any orders where the actual cost of shipping substantially exceeds our allocated rate.
Returns
We rarely experience faults with our products. If you think your product is faulty we will remedy the problem.
If you need to return an item to us please ensure you follow these steps:
- Call us on 0468 444 112 or email us on admin@travelsat.com.au with an explanation of the problem.
- If we cannot resolve the problem we will issue you with a Return Authority (RA) Number to track your return.
- You will need to organise the return shipping and pay the shipping costs. We recommend that you use a method where the item can be tracked and we recommend you insure the item to protect your interests.
- If we examine the item and it is confirmed to have a problem we will refund your return shipping costs so please keep your receipts.
- If not fault is found with the item we will contact you to arrange for the item to be returned to you. Under these circumstances you will be responsible for all shipping costs.
- If the item is found to have a fault we will discuss with you your rights to a repair, replacement or refund in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
